My name is Candace DeGeldere.  I am a licensed group home childcare provider with a CDA which focuses on early childhood education , a wife, a mother of five!  I have always enjoyed taking care of others and was taught at an early age by my mother to help take care of our family.        

In 2005, I ran an idea past my husband to quit my job and start a home childcare.  He was very supportive; since we had three children of our own at the time. 

I pride myself in running a childcare that has structure and lots of opportunities for the children under my care to grow and develop important social skills, manners, learn, and most importantly have fun. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, photography, bike riding, and baking.  My photography hobby has fit in well with my childcare services.  I take a lot of photos of the children throughout the year and share them with their parents through my website and annually I create a slideshow that I give to my clients.  The slideshow highlights the fun moments we share and gives them an opportunity to experience some of the missed moments while they are at work.
